Spiritual Parent
Spiritual parents own their walk with Jesus and their responsibility to be engaged in making disciples. They make sure they are feeding themselves and creating an environment where they can thrive. Spiritual parents look for opportunities to engage others and lead them in being disciples. They serve where they are needed but also give time to being intentional about reaching out to others. They want people to experience God’s love and they also want them to grow through the stages so they can make disciples themselves. They integrate into a team and uphold other members on the team.
